In this unit, students will learn how to transform shapes on a coordinate grid and how to describe transformations. They will start with rotations, reflections and translations before moving on to look at enlarging shapes, using both positive and negative scale factors and describing those enlargements. They will then look at carrying out and describing combinations of transformations.
