Proportion – Complete Unit of Work

In this unit, students will learn how to use proportion in Maths. They will start by looking at how to scale up quantities in proportion. They will then apply this to the specific cases of scaling up recipes, maps, scale models and currency conversions, before writing direct proportion equations and using those equations to calculate new values of the variables.
