Pie Charts – Complete Unit of Work

In this unit, students will learn how to use pie charts in data handling. They will start by developing their skills in drawing circles, and in measuring and drawing angles. Students will then go on to draw pie charts of their own for given data sets, before interpreting pie charts that they have been given and then comparing pie charts, where a focus will be on the fact that pie charts show proportion rather than total frequency.
