This is a complete lesson on multiplication methods, reinforcing times table knowledge, looking at the effect of multiplying and dividing by powers of ten and running through three different multiplication methods – long multiplication, the grid method and Napier’s bones. The lesson is designed with the new GCSE specification in mind.
