In this unit, students will learn some advanced algebra skills. They will start by working with fractions, looking initially at rationalising the denominator of surd fractions, and then simplifying and calculating with algebraic fractions. They will then move on to look at functions, and will learn how to use function notation, evaluate functions, add functions and find multiples of functions, before moving on to working out inverse functions and composite functions.
